Hi, 1. I know that it is bad if the main door of the house is facing the T-junction. What if 2 of the windows in Bedroom 2 are facing T-junction directly, is it ok? 2. Secondly, if you know that the previous occupant’s parent died of heart attack in the house, will you still consider this resale flat? Appreciate all your advice.
