Hi All, Me and my wife is looking at renovating our existing 3I unit, we are basically looking for doing the following with a 18K budget: - replace existing tiles from living room, 2 bed rooms - featured wall for mounting lcd tv - repainting entire house - building of 2 x wardrobe for 2 bed rooms - adding of kitchen wall tiles (current kitchen floor tiles are changed during HDB upgrade few yrs back) - building of kitchen cabinet - replace toilet wall tiles - move basin from toilet to common kitchen area - building of fridge and washing machine base - rewiring of power cables - partial hacking of walls from living to kitchen please advice if it's doable, am on a very tight budget... thank you!
