Hi all, i'll b collecting my keys for my resale flat on 9/3/09. actually gt a fren of mine to quote me in Jan, he mentioned will quote in Feb. So i said fine. Suppose to quote me last week, but quote nv come, then i sms him, he say will quote me on last tues. till nw no quote.. so im giving up on him, perhaps mine is minor reno, tts why they nt keen. Any contractor to recommend? Please PM me cos im doing the below: - Hack & dismantle Kitchen Cabinets & rebuild kitchen cabinet with solid top - Dismantle MBR Headboard & side table - Hacking of partition wall near main door - Hacking of MBR toilet's cabinet - Removal of toiletbowl & sink and re-install of new ones Roughly at what kind of price range am I looking at? Hi ! Yeap, i agree dont need to spend much on reno. The valuation was at $303,000 + COV $20,188. Yeah, makes the house looks brighter. Its partly due to the wiw tt cause me to like it after viewing 20 over units.. the was the last unit we viewed. Yes, i like it very much. Its only at the 8th floor. 92 sq m i think. We viewed over 20+ units of 4 rooms flat and all were asking 20k and above with original reno! Yeap, we love it. Yes! Hi neighbour! Its buangkok cres, blk 981a. Valuation of the flat last yr durin nov was $303,000. The lower floor ones range from 290,000 and above. Sighs. Then got to find a solution for the concrete base liao! Thanks! Thats why pple say pic can lie.. lol its very small actually.

Ya lor, tts why im willing to the pay $20,188 COV. hehe. cos can save abit on the reno. Btw.. Does anyone knows is there a so called std sizing for the so called step to hold the washing machine.. off hand cant rem wads that called.. hehe.. Cos mine seems rather small as current owner only place a smal washing machine there..

Hi there... I am very new here. Me & my hubby got married in Jan 08. I am 23 and he is 25. Actually.. I dono if ours is considered TTC.. Cos we did not plan on the dates and all.. I read thru the 7 pages and will start planning for the dates. Actually, we started off with let nature take its course but we are already 9 mths married still no news at all.. starting to get a little worried!
