forgot liao, one or two hundred bah...if u like just go for it. so far my guests have no problem when they use the toilet. we didnt take shower at the common toilet, but i think the spray paint can withstand any water or moisture.

u can still achieve that...no pro. think we spent too much on overhauling the existing flat. getting the correct furniture and accessories is crucial.

haha...u r correct. few of the switches cables are concealed in the wall (illegally, haha).. . the others are concealed using gypsum boards.
