my prefered destination is punggol... how abt u guys ?

its recession time.... prices so high....jobs not safe anymore...

me also a competitor.. from what i knoe as many as 20 frens of mine are trying for sengkang units.... oh gosh... hope queue number is short within 2 digits.. wish me good luck .... i have targeted a flat .... hope i get it...

any idea what wld be the cost of a 4 room or 5 room flat in sengkang and ponggol ? last time around what was the price of brand new flat ?

i'm a first time applicant.applied for the sept balloting and there's one more on the way in oct for 4 room and bigger flat under the sale of half yearly.what wld be the chances of the first timers ? do they split under etnic group ? sept balloting result wld be in nov end... and oct sale results wld be in oct end... the oct half yearly sale comprises places like sengkang ponggol and hougang. hope i ld get either from the sept sale or oct sale ....

i applied for 4 room and bigger flat in sept.waiting for the balloting result.i thought hdb says that if ur first timer ur chances are very high.they will separate those who already owns a flat before from those who are first timer. i understand its computer balloting...but usually what are the chances ? if my queue number is smaller , it means my chances are higher right. and secondlt they go by ethnic group. can anyone help me in this......
