don't expect anything... cos if u do and the results are not to ur expected....u will turn out disppointed..my results have always been wither 8000+ or 6000+ ...trying in every sales that they open... but failed miserably...even though i am a first timer....been trying for the past 3 yrs...

sale of balance flats results are out on which date ? any idea...

is there half yearly sale coming Oct ? usually they wld have every april and Oct. and Oct 2009 balance flats balloting result would be out when ? hdb never releases it...

a question to ask.... i was having this doubt for quite some time... "when i take a package from a renovation id do i need to pay for lighting's and hood and hob ? or do i need to buy separately by myself and pass it on to renovation id ? its very confusing.... what are the items we need to buy ?

whats the queue no as of today ? any guess.... heard from a Friend saying that once his queue no was 6000+ but he still bought a executive house when his turn was up... very surprising indeed...

very very stupid queue number... first time got 8000+ 2nd time got 6000+ its time to look for resale unit. guess this balloting exercise is only for those who wld be able to wait for years to come.

how to identify SERS areas ? any clues ? i am deeply thinking of going to resales,afraid the cov wld be very high . wld i be able to get an hdb loan if i go to resale ?

story goes like this... no houses with keys available on that special day... only with bto with 3-4 yrs of wait.. so decided to reject that offer and back in april this year to apply again for half yearly sale... sick and tired of life.. why is it that nowadays hdb releases flats in small quantity.. 400 + total applicants is 10,000 what is happening in here ? in that case when am i going to get a house ? 2020 or 2050 ? mentally very stressed...

haiz....receive a letter from hdb. cruel letter indeed. my 1 chance has gone for first timer. i was suppose to choose a flat in Feb. but by the time i went , the only flats that were available were 2012 . i couldn't wait till then. flats with keys available were taken up by the time my appointment day comes. so whats the point of going down there ? i don't wish to take up a flat that requires me to wait till 2012. as i never go down for the appointmet, the letter came. it states that my 1 chance out of 2 is gone. if i miss my next chance,my another chance would be gone...

Sian ... my first appointment cancelled . only have 2 mths payslip...sian rejected... haiz have to try again for april sales... goes on n on...

Flat selection is coming soon on feb 25th. a week ago received letter from hdb to come and select flat.but as i am in urgent need of flat ,i would only be able to select a flat with the keys available. kinda anxious though... just hoping to get any flat that is being available .. congrats on selecting a flat...hope everything goes fine for u ... is it a possible that i could use cash payment for monthly installment of flat instead of cpf ?

First appointment on Feb 25 for jurong west... received a letter from hdb stating that appointment on Feb 25. usually after the first appointment,when wld be the 2nd appointment ?

i wld be waiting for my appointment... but as i need a flat urgently.. i need a unit with keys available. as my queue no is 193 and total flats with keys is just 59..i am hoping for a miracle... any idea when appointments begin for sept balloting ...? waah waiting for it.. if no more unites with keys available... no choice have to plunge into resale market... economic crisis.. ppl selling flats....low COV....trying to downgrade and so ON....... so its the best opportunity to grab one if the choice arises... when is ur appointment ?

resale market is back....read today's straits times and found a few $0 cash ..which is quite encouraging.... buy just for valuation.... spoke to a few agents too... they too told that nowadays owners dare not ask those big amounts and even told that some even ask for 1k only... which i find kinda ok... so instaed of waiting for good queue nos.. why not try resale... grab b4 economy is back to its normal....

R u Sure ? if i am not wrong ,on the day of appointment as long as u have an appointment letter with all the furnished details.. shd be enough . HLE cld be done... 3mths payslip its true only when u have the 3 mths payslip..what if those who don't have ? cannot get flat ? i doubt so.. as long have an appointment letter shd be okie... aiyah... don't worry always try convincing the officer in charge ... nth is possible... good luck
