2001 queue no and above actually have no chance of getting a flat realistically. nowadays all flats wld be taken up by then... nowadays no more leftover flats.. sianz... shortage of flats too.. now having high hopes on jurong west 4 room -1706 applicants only maybe shd keep my fingers cross for this flat...

so now what to do ? see MP also no choice.. anyone got c MP?

hdb set aside 90% of the houses for first timers...since first timers are alot in spore ... queue no tend to be bigger... haiz no worries.... good thing is these first timers who have good queue no won't compete in sept balloting....hooray....

hmmm i thought its only abt 1700+ for 4 room jurong west 4 room. when wld be the results of that balloting be out ? letter shows me end nov ? that is when ? it wld be great to have a neighbour frm here...

what do they mean by etnic quota ? total applicants -10,000 total no of flats =600 suppose if the queue no from 0001 - 8000 is all chinese applicants , does the other races stand the chance to get a flat ? i am very confused....

the sept ballot is for 4 room and bigger...

hei in that letter under sept balloting exercise..it states that i have been placed in the first timer group.it also says that i am given 2 chances in the ballot ? what does that mean ? results to be known end nov? h0w many ppl applied for 4 room flat under jurong west ?

did it say abt the first time status of urs and mcps? don worry maybe u have chance... as long they call u for appt... at least shd be able to make urself happy...

when i applied for the HLE i used my old company's payslip and i passed them the new company's appointment letter too... and yeah the loan limit was higher... ok in case ....what wld the hdb officer ask on the first day of appointment? wwhat are the the documents to be produced ?

so what are the DOCUMENTS to be produced during the first appointment ? any original doucments to be produced? sian if i ahd known i wldn't have changed job...aikz..better pay.. no choice i moved on... now i regret
