i have a strong feeling that many are gonna let go of their good queue no due to the current economic crisis... only those who needs it urgently wld grab it no matter what...lets wait and c... cos half yearly oct sale... the no of ppl backing out is indeed increasing... bleudust don be disppointed i am sure there's always a chance... never give up.. as for 2011 flats... i doubt i wld grab ... cos i need a flat very urgently.... no more waiting time... its indeed m running out of time.... hopefully i have to pray that the queue no infront of me have to give up

i feel there are a few PRS who applied for flat without knowing that they are not eligible for flats. To be eligibe for flats they need to have at least 1 sporean and 1 pr in order to get a brand new flat. i guess many PRS applied without knowingly. as for resale PRS are eligible ....

for 1st appointments for choosing of flats... just curious to know... how many ppl wld turn up for a day , i mean for those who got good queue no ?

even though i do think abt it to a certain level... at the end of my mind ....what i realise that its my dad's wish and what he want to do is all up to him. i do feel sad at times.... but eventually i do make myself strong ... i know the task which i have to get a flat soon is tough... but i never give up my chance of giving up hope... its unfair i know... but i am not going to ask for it... my dad worked hard for it.... i realised that... its his wish who he wants to give... between me and my bro.... my bro is more well to do... owns a company... have a private property...in new zealand.. i am happy that he has something .... maybe my dad wants me to work harder than before.. these are the words that consoles me... for the time being i have to work out a plan ...maybe soon.. i don't know how the results of the sept balloting going to be... keeping the fingers crossed... if i get a shelter under this balloting.. i wld consider that my luck is still good... pray hard for me friends...

no my dad don't intend to give any money after he sell the flat. i don't blame him.i am not after his money. what i a asking from him is just give me some Time so that i cld get a flat through any balloting system. i am quite confident that i wld get a flat soon..

my dad wants to move in with my brother who lives in new zealand. as for myself and my wife,now many thoughts abt life after january.. most probably my dad wld leave by feb end. i wld like to grab a flat in resale... but i have no $$$. thats the truth. if i get a flat through the sept balloting,i wld be very happy. in fact i don't mind getting any type of flat as long i have a shelter to live in. the jurong west flat which i am trying is just 240k.within my budget. hopefully i am praying hard to get a unit anywhere .

when is the results of the sept balloting exercise be out ? i heard end nov ? when is the end nov ? how wld the anouncement be made ? result by posting ?

total nof applicants in jurong west = 1706 total no of flats available with keys =59 hopefully i am one of those guys who were to be given a good queue no ...

Sorry i did not mean to say anything. i just call up the hdb and ask if the hle is valid if i changed my job n the reply was as long as u have a valid hle when coming down for appt for submission. it cld be wrong as what u say. but i have a doubt. what if i say i am still working in the same company . what wld they do ?will they check agaon ?isn't it wasting of time ? then what is the purpose of doing a hle ? on appt day ,why must ask whether change job or not? like that might as well do on the spot for hle during the appt . this are the questions which always make me wonder.

if i am going to get the flat in jwest, i wld do a simple reno and move in fast. but i have doubts over that .can't play the guessing game anymore. dad planning to sell at cov then quickly move overseas. 0cov are very rare nowadays and the valuation of the house are indeed too expensive . i wld leave it to fate.let it decide.nevertheless i am trying my best too. just that nw i am deciding what to do next.take a gamble wait and c how the sept balloting goes. i hope i wld get any unit in sept balloting in jurong west. hope my hope for 2morow never dies. hope my luck never die too... good luck for ur sept balloting.

since the day my mum died earlier this year , my dad plans to sell the flat for cov.nth less. even if i want the house, i must give cov. everything in this world is all abt money. i never blame my dad.this is his house.he cld do what he want. its not like those days where ppl get flat very easily. but ppl like my dad must understand that its diifcult to get any flat nowadays. simply can say "go and get a flat" simple words.. action wise... shd be done by me.. time left just another 1 more mth to go... nov is already on the way..dec is coming up soon.. january end i wld be homeless i guess... unless a miracle turns up in sept balloting for me..

under delivery possession date the keys are available.- few blocks another few blocks its under construction.that wld be ready only in 2012. i hope i am correct.pls correct me if my statement is wrong.
