i always remember this before going to work 1.keep a low profile 2.smile when necessary 3.don't tell any problems to ur colleague cos they might attack u with that weak point 4.work for ur family cos end of the day u gotta feed them 5.whatever colleagues gossip don't bother,cos if ur gonna get entangled in a misunderstanding end of the day ur life suffer. 6.always think abt ur ur love ones. 7.work smart and at the same time work hard cos thats what the company pays u for. 8.if ur slow learner,no problem spend more time at work,till the day u feel u can handle everything comfortably. 9.never feel disheartened in case someone scolds u with everyone around u .just smile.take it easy.think abt ur pay day or the good things and move ur *** out of that place 10.even after reading all these and u keep complaining then no choice,put ur head in ur company's toilet bowl and flush.. haha

U got the Facts ! good.. i wld be choosing Rivervale too.. any idea how long it wld take to build? recently i realize that sengkang BTOs are build at a faster pace..not sure why.. but BTO in other areas like Woodlands seem so slow... that woodlands bto was in 2008 and recently when went past the area saw that it is still in 4th floor... that is so slow..

i hope after PM"S rally MSG abt HDB quick build .. hopefully by 2013 to get the keys... just hope that its true...

must i bring just 1 mth payslip ?or company letter or appointment letter? just joined a new company.since its just a BTO, is appointment letter enough?

first appointment is ->Selection of flat -> paying of option fee only 2nd appointment Signing Sales Agreement -> produce income documents|Stamp and Legal fees payment by cpf is it correct?

is the 2k non returnable?

Recent Hdb BTO of yishun is right underway. queue no have been given out.. my queue no is 300+++ first appointment is in Mid Sept looking forward to it as this is my First home.. total of 6 blocks... with top level at 13th floor.. why i took yishun is that i realize the projects in yishun is extremely fast. i mean the flats wld be build at a fast pace. not sure why..but the projects in yishun are build at a fast pace. hopefully wld be able to get my unit by 2013. what are the documents to bring? any full details pls kindly let me know.. thanks

UOB is giving 90% of the valuation. the rest can't be used by cpf ?

is it possible to apply for a BTO and in the meanwhile buy a resale home till the BTO unit is ready in 4 yrs time ? Results of this BTO is FEB.. if the Results are good... then SIGN up for it.. then in march,get a resale unit... but i guess have to go thru bank ? anyone knows for bank loan,any requirements ?
