Huh really ar? but my fren used few years le still ok leh... dunno if gt pour hot water or not.. I think if pour then hold the hot water there long2 then may be not good lah. if pour the hot water then drain should be OK. After your advice I think every time pour hot water then have to flush with tap water..

Thankss.. regarding the kitchen sink u din miss it. It was not there yet.. My kitchen sink is made together with the solid top. One whole piece de.. so coming together with the solid top

We cook moderately.. we have to sacrifice out kitchen as we want to move the dining area into the kitchen space so our living is big... those guys were waiting for their boss to pick them up.. looking at the parking lots downstairs. hahaha is it? hehehe we make it small also so we dont need to move around much when cooking. all ingredients will be at the surrounding ...

The master bedroom and living room lights havent fully installed yet. The crystals not hanged yet. Also waiting for the cove lighting to be finished tomorrow. My living room (covelighting not installed yet) ...

Yesterday went down... Lighting were installed halfway through.. Cleaning of floor was in progress. Today went down to take a look. Whole house was clean although the acid wash will be on tuesday. take a look at the lighting effect. Here are some of the pics taken today. Thanks.. Ya loh.. doing windows is always expensive. I also never think of changing it initially, but it was sponsored by in laws. Today lighting delivery and installation.. going down to take some pics today.. Hood and hob also delivered by today. Moving in on 18th of Jan

Your windows are made of wrought iron or aluminum? I think that should be the case (based on square feet). although mine, my contractor never give me the details of how many sqft for my unit. I just told him that we want the whole unit windows replaced. Btw, my price also include window grills. My windows are all aluminum. Wrought iron will cost more. We also cut down alot from their initial quotation for the windows. Also, Casement windows cost more than sliding ones. Mine are the sliding ones, so cheaper. However, I feel that your louver windows at 2 bathroom slightly overpriced. Mine same as u but was quoted 250dlr for 2 bathroom. Just my 2 cent worth
