The renovation work for my house is completing and the ID has requested an appointment for the handover. What are the things we should be looking out for besides using the list of items signed off by the ID and customer before the start of the renovation?
If there is something wrong with the reno, should I requested the ID to get everything done before scheduling another appointment for handover and push the last payment till I'm satisfied with everything?
I personally think that it is the ID's responsibility to go through the reno of the house and make amendments before the date of the handover.
I would like you guys to share with me your experience during the handover appointments and what are the workaround solutions if there is any issue that were raised during the handover appointment.
