    Helix Well done!! Lovely place! A few questions: 1)where did you get the beautiful living room lamp & how much? is that bright enough on its own or do you need spot lights? 2)how much did you pay for your reno? i have gotten a quote for my 3-room flat and it works out to $19000+, considering i am NOT changing floor tiles, and NOT changing kitchen wall tiles. my reno is basic basic basic - no decor or feature wall type whatsoever!

    what is the difference between basic plastering and the plastering quoted by my contractor?

    Luckable My contractor told me it is not possible for me to box up the pipes in both toilets. Neither can I install a vanity top in the MBR toilet. Both due to lack of space. Did you expand the size of your toilets to accomodate these? My flat is of the same size as yours, same year too. So I find it strange that mine are not doable.

    sounds good. painting 3-room flat is stated as $800. would you know how many coats of paint? does the price include doors? are we free to choose any colours? i tried calling the nippon hotline but could never get through.

    i am looking for a painter. can anyone recommend one besides citipainter? has anyone tried those nippon paint appointed painters which is advertised very frequently.

    what is the likelihood that we may need to hack off the box, if the pipes run into problem? do pipes run in to problems to begin with? pardon me for my ignorance.....

    Gorgeous gorgeous decor!! Absolutely love your choice of wall paper. 1)Where did you get the master bedroom lamp and how much does it cost? 2)How much did the wall paper cost just for the master bed room? Thinking of having wall-paper for just master bedroom.
