i never believe what 99/999/FH bcos if today govt suddenly wanted back the plot of land then you also bo bian and have to move liao lor. we can never own the plot of land eventhough it's a FH bcos nowadays unlike the past where our great grandparents bought the plot of land and it's solely belonged to the family. probably, that was donkey years ago story.

my hb and i are really very sick of hyundai's sale agents lor. there was a day we just wanted to kpo so we went into hyundai's showroom at alexandar. so happened, there was also one angmoh customer came to see the cars in the showroom. the sale agent simply ignored us (saw us as transparent) and went to serve the angmoh customer. from this incident, we've a very bad impression of hyundai's sale agents. they assume angmoh are richer than chinese meh and confirm angmoh will buy from them meh. wake up la. angmoh can be very stingy too hor. eventually, the angmoh customer also just walked out of the showroom after that. the hyundai's sale agents thought what's so big deal about their korean made cars. lousy and so many problems. whereas honda cars are much much better and their sale agents are quite friendly/polite too. eversince, we bought the honda MPV (3-4yrs liao) and the honda's sale agent has been sending us xmas card every year. this is what we called good service.

opps, forget to add. we also had free usage of pool table inside the room. actually, kbox supposed to charge us for using the pool table but we liaised directly with the overall in-charge of kbox branches person so she gave us complimentary usage of the pool table. eventually, quite affordable lor (could play pool, sang and makan).

YES! the new facelift one hor. we never going to buy hyundai cars bcos sick of the sales people and the problems the cars give lor. our first car was mit and now honda. probably, we prefer japanese cars. my hb's friend used to drive hyundai matrix and he complained about the petrol consumption so he got rid of it and change to honda jazz.

erm, hyundai matrix is a MPV meh? usually, MPV can sit 7-8 people leh. hyundai matrix can meh? but one thing i know about hyundai matrix is it consumes a lot of petrol! many people complained. ours is a honda MPV.

but if the govt really wanted the plot of land so regardless of 99/999/FH also no use liao. but i really like condo that are near to mrt, bus stop, shops etc. yup, 1 unit 1 carpark. but sometimes, you can request for 1 more carpark. !! i also prefer to have neighbours of similar age group leh. haiz. but one thing is condo has too many foreigners liao leh. condo, right? yup, agreed in red.

to add more flowers or deco need to top-up extra $$$. different florists offer different wedding themes (meaning different decorations for the ballroom). the florists will have the same type of flowers that you want. when people mentioned "choose florist" means choosing the wedding themes.

ya, i quite agreed to the sharing of the facilities if there're too many units. but most 99yrs condo are very accessible (mrt, bus-stop, shops, mkt etc). imagine next time have kids liao and it's more convenient to them.

i think cannot be la. even restuarants will have their own florists to deco up the ballroom, moreover novotel is a hotel. for my hotel, they've florists A and B which we can choose from. these 2 florists have a lot of wedding themes for us to choose. if we like florist A's wedding theme then we can choose florist A. the florist is included in the wedding package liao. so, just go there and choose, dont need to pay $$$ to the florist.

i thought its a must to engage florists to deco up the ballroom otherwise where to get all the deco and flowers?? most hotels will have their own florists (probably 1-2 florists to choose from). we already met up with the hotel's florist and decided on the theme liao.

probably, we prefer spacious over sporty look lor bcos more practical for a car. we're very tall people so space is a very impt issue to us.

i agreed that 99yrs condo are mostly located nearer to mrt whereas freehold/999yrs are far away from mrt. i dont understand why leh? people who paid so much for freehold/999yrs and the location they get is inconvenient. so, if for long term staying then 99yrs is it good enough?

frankly speaking, nobody can predict what's going to happen for the future therefore everything is difficult to say now.
