ya, refer to balcony w/o window but w/sliding doors. if w/windows then should be the owner oneself install liao. full height windows are nice too but balocny is also not bad b'cos can display water feature and swing chair. for me, i like both full height windows and balcony. haha. the pro with balcony is will get wet during rain then will ruin the painted walls.

although my diamond ring is above 0.40 cts but i don't wear it every minutes. i feel uncomfortable to wear every minutes b'cos of the protruding diamond. whether the diamond is average or very good quality and i'll still prefer white gold. white gold and platinum has no different for me. of course, the setting must be a design i love too.
