erm, not all malays and indians are like that lor. some of them are quite considerate too. it depends very much on individual habits. but all our neighbours are chinese.

ya, the silk from suzhou is very expensive but i guess really worth the $$$ lor. we spent about S$1-2k just for buying silk alone. !! we visited the "zhi sha hu" (teapot to brew tea leaves) factory. we bought 2 sets of "zhi sha hu" bcos the design is very nice which cant find in spore. we also bought "bi yan hu" (a very small glass bottle which they can do drawing inside). btw, the food over there are very salty. probably, they love salty food. hahaha.

my hb and i went to ngee ann city to buy mooncakes for my mum and FIL today. wow, it was soooo crowded. haiz. i also bought some mini snow skin mooncakes from bengawan solo. !!

we just had our PS on friday! we went to botanical garden and sentosa to take photos. there were a lot of couples taking PS on that day too. wow, it was very tiring lor. but luckily weather was very good on that day. my hb and our photographer were very humourous; my hb and i kept on laughing when we posed. hahahaha. we really enjoyed ourselves! !! we also brought our dog (maltese) along for the PS. hahaha. we even bought a wedding gown for our dog to wear. hahahaha. our dog also knows how to pose. hahaha.

wow, since you're going on 15 dec then will be very cold liao lor. we went in nov and was already very cold. i was so cold until i couldnt slept during the night. my hb even put on a pair of socks for me, thick sweater, long pant and then covered thick blanket for me; i still felt cold! that was the time when i missed spore tropical weather! we went korea in oct 2 years ago and the weather wasnt as cold as china; cooling weather lor. when i was in korea and i noticed my complexion was very good due to the weather. but we went to china and most of us were quite sick when we were back to spore. bullet train and pearl tower are a must have when you're going to shanghai! whoever said isnt a must have then she/he must go and . hahaha. who said nothing to see when in the bullet train. you can see the scenery outside lor then take a photo with the bullet train lor. in japan, they also have this bullet train. we didnt try the "shanghai xiao long bao" although they offered us. until now, back to spore liao and i also no appetite to eat. if you go to suzhou then must buy their silk; 100% silk. we bought quite a lot but not cheap. a guy was making "ding ding tang" a row of shops ya, i heard from chan brothers during natas will get freebies. but usually, the price is standard lor. we took SQ was bcos we went with a group of 15 people (mostly my mum's friends) and they prefer SQ so my hb and i also anything lor.

i also cant stand dust and dirtiness but reno also bo bian, right. otherwise, it wont called reno liao. after reno, we did a big spring cleaning! but hor, our neighbours very good leh. every morning, she'll sweeps the corridor for us. we witnessed that through our door peephole. but sometimes, i also sweeped for them la. share the responsibility lor. i even sprayed bagone at the corridor for them to prevent crockroaches, insects etc. i think it's illeagal liao to do home business now, right. probably, your neighbours do catering business leh.

hi jaren, i thought compassvale belongs to newer estates and more young people are staying there so strange to have such kampong people around! from the photos and can see the place is CMI. these people... haiz. that time when we were doing our reno mah then we caused the corridor quite dirty mah so my neighbours complained to us that we caused the corridor dirty. the neighbours who complained told us that they sweeped/cleaned the corridor every morning so unfair for us to make it dirty. we intended to clean up the mess after the reno completely finished mah bos no point to clean when the reno was still on-going. imagine our neighbours are those "love clean people"; a bit also cant stand. but with such people around also a bonus bcos they'll not anyhow dirty the areas.

i also love bengawan solo snow skin mooncakes.

hope you can enjoy this trip! !! when is the departure date? !! the cheapest package probably is bcos of garuda air. we took SQ when we went shanghai so slightly expensive. our last day was also free and easy at shanghai. we shopped around the shopping mall and some roadside shops then took a cab back to the hotel. the cab driver drove us the wrong direction! i was so piss off and complaint then refused to pay the amount stated on the cab meter. we just paid him lesser than the cab meter amount. hack care. !! will you be taking the bullet train in shanghai? d-a-m-n shiok!

we went taka again today but didnt went to the mooncakes fair. we were busy shopping for other stuff. !! we'll go there again soon. i think i ever came across this hong kong peninsula hotel booth. !! thanks!

are you referring to "zhen zhu fen"? we bought some "zhen zhu fen" when we were in korea. my mum said the "zhen zhu gao" (pearl cream) is very good for face.

are the indian family young or older couples? with kids? they dont have bamboo sticks and ceiling hooks in the house meh? so strange people. our entire level is chinese neighbours so we never encounter such incident before.

ya, sometimes skinny jean indeed can enhance your legs to look longer but sometimes the skinny jean also too emphasized on the legs part and people will also take notice that actually your legs are quite short in nature. !! how do you know your legs arent nice? probably, someone on the street will envy that you've such slim legs.

usually such people who do that are aunties and uncles. !! luckily, our next door neighbours are young couples.

if you feel that you arent a tall person then you must wear something which can show-off your legs so that you may look taller. sometimes, when wearing jean can make you look shorter. this my personal opinion.

wah lau, your neighbours are really POWER , manz! d-a-m-n messy! if my hb were to see all those stuffs block our corridor and he'll sure tell the neighbours off. if it doesnt work then he'll write to TC; no face will be given.
