my personal opinion is no point buying sport cars in spore bcos so many traffic lights everywhere! so how to drive super fast and get the feel of its performance?! even the expressways in spore also quite a short distance and sometimes so many cars. there were several times we saw some sport cars drove until soooo fast and ended up they also stopped beside us at the traffic lights. hahaha. unless you're those who often drive to malaysia. i always saw many porsche, lamborghini, ferrari, mercedes, bmw sport cars etc at holland esp on weekends. my hb and i arent into sport cars. we're more into spacious family cars.

oh, i didnt attend the wedding. it was my hb who attended the wedding and he told me about the pillars ballroom. it was my hb's camp mate's wedding (the boss who own the couple lab at plaza sing; his brother own the silver shop at parco bugis junction - the shop which is directly facing the escalator). halo LL! miss you. how are you? any plan for your AD?

actually, the amount for the monthly installment depends how much deposit you want to place for the new car. if you pay quite a huge sum of $$$ for the deposit then your monthly installment will be lesser. if you pay lesser deposit then your monthly installment will be higher. so overall, you can decide how much you want to pay for the monthly installment. !! my hb and i decided to pay lesser for the monthly installment so we paid quite a lot for the deposit when we bought the car. your heart is itchy and want to get a new car??? its time to get one lor. !! sometimes, probably more that this amount! buying a car isnt expensive but to maintain a car is very expensive! !!

it depends how often you use the car. as for us, my hb drives the car everyday for working therefore petrol consumption is quite high every month. here are our car monthly expenses: 1. pump petrol 4 times a month (every week) - $340 2. ERP (depends how often you enter) - $62 3. cashcard parking & coupon parking (depends how often you enter) - $80 4. season parking (depends whether the carpark is shelter or non-shelter) - $80 5. car washing & vacuum 4 times a month at petrol station (depends on your car size, ours is MPV so slightly expensive) - $50 6. car installment every month - $960 here are additional yearly expenses: 1. road tax - $1100 2. insurance (as the year goes on if no claim and you'll pay lesser for insurance) - $1000 3. car servicing - $100-$200 what else did i miss out?!

rasa sentosa isnt convenient (although there're sentosa shuttle bus etc) for those people who dont drive. my hb and i brought our doggie to sentosa last fri and saw rasa sentosa, it's quite deep inside. !!

my hb had ever attended and he said there're pillars in the ballroom which block the stage. there should be several ballrooms so dont choose the ballroom with pillars lor.

aiyo, pls read my posting properly la. i mentioned "... a person can buy a hdb and also can own a pte property at the sametime..." i didnt mention NEW hdb la. aiyo. moreover, i also didnt say i own any pte property la. i was just saying the rental is good for pte property so probably can consider next time. its another good source of income. hahaha. if you bought a flat direct from hdb (refers to new hdb flat) then you've to wait for 5 years then can buy a pte property unless you bought a flat in the open market (refers to resale hdb flat). everybody know about this mah. hi cokelight. we ROM around 2005 and wanted to do our AD in 2006 but my MIL was seriously ill between 2005 and 2006 (she had passed away) so we put everything on hold. i remember i'd mentioned in the forum too. early this year then we started our AD preparation again. hope i cleared your doubts. usually, i dont take photos for such event bcos no time and just want to concentrate to look at the jewellery. there were cocktail and finger food lor. if i'm not wrong, they showcase different branding on different day. have a nice day, everybody!

halo, i'm back. haiz. we just went to attend sookee event (by invitation) at the jewel fest at ngee ann city. my hb bought me another brilliant rose pendant and we're entitled for free 6 months solitaire magazine (purchase 1000k and above then will have free 6 months)! ya lor, we dont stay at jw for 1 year plus. we only went back for cny and xmas etc. we've been paying $$$ to maintain a house we dont stay in! hahaha. moreover, we arent taking hdb loan lor so not cheap. btw, have you all heard of a person can buy a hdb and also can own a pte property at the sametime? the $$$ you get from renting pte property is good! my hb used to have a maid and changed a few liao lor bcos they gave too many problems. now got phobia hiring maid. actually, to hire a maid isnt expensive (very common nowadays mah so nothing special; his ex-maid always addressed me madam blah blah blah until i also paisey) but to hire a good maid isnt easy! haha. have a nice day everybody!

ya, $3200 is for big magazine album + small magazine album. another $400 is for the big portrait photo. video montage is FOC. we told our photographer try to put in 248 photos into the big and small magazine albums but he said if squeeze too many photos altogether and will not be nice lor so he suggested max 200 photos. i really feel very heart pain to spend so much $$$ on photos. this sum of $$$ i can buy more LV or diamonds liao. initially, my hb also thought quite expensive but now he's numb liao. haiz, all the photos taken are so nice therefore we wanted all lor. especially, our dog! she's so cute! we reserve one page solely for our dog's photos. yup, we got a great time. !! my hb and our photographer always joke around then i couldnt help it and laughed. they're jokers, manz! !!
