hi mace, use wat to patch? silicon? or anytin tat u can advise me?

my mbr wardrobe using silicone at corners, but oso gt cracking due to expansion (tink is hot weather affecting wall, & aircon coldness contraction)...so i duno if i can use silicon at the cracks...

hi mace or anyone who can help... due to heavy rains recently, there is some leaking of water into my bedroom through the connection point between the window frame & the wall (few flows from different points)...i tink mayb there is small cracks in between...please advise what can i apply to seal up the crack by myself? im using putty currently but putty tink will crack... & do i need seal outside oso? hopefully not, cos tink my hand oso cnt reach...

i gt a carpenter contact named AH BENG - 97660072, which i found him not bad in workmanship for my home...u prob can call him for any quotation u need...

nice gate, simple & clean..but i cnt c the design from their website, yours is customised to your own design? got asked the workers if the iron will rust, they said super frankly "will", faint...but they said try NOT to use wet cloth wipe the gate, juz feather duster if required...keep the iron dry, then will nt rust...& dun let your lock scratch off the coated paint, else more easily rust...

But if more than 10pax gave negative comments and we can reali feel the frustrations, of cos definitely will nt waste time gg down to try out... forum reali benefit a lot to me, cos i reali learn a lot from the forumers, from head to tail on renovation work, design ideas, where to purchase gd & worthwhile furnitures, & now is the time i pass my "learning" back to the new ones since i reali went thru all the good stuffs without much frustrations, hehe...tink the unlucky forumers oso wana share their bad experience with the rest, hopefully others can benefit and will nt be next victim... my top furniture shops are S&C FURNITURE DYNAMIC, VHIVE (study table & pedestrial & showcase), STAR FURNITURE (sofa, divan, etc)...

c from forum a lot of complaints on NOVA, etc...tink zero complaints so far is VHIVE and STAR FURNITURE which sell affortable furnitures with good service and wide range of furnitures...

hi there, just go buy GOLDER ROASTER BRAND antz killer from NTUC (less than $2), which is very effective...will c lot of antz bodies beside the poison, and will kill the nest oso...then after tat not a single soul of antz...

with stitches is ok, but try to buy those not much one (esp the seating part) cos higher risk of tearing apart in future... for me, if got kids eating sweet then touch my sofa, i will use wet cloth wipe it (prob leather cleaner should be ok), prob me will oso use little jif (cnt too much, scared color fade off)...if gt sticky print, prob me will use masking tape to stick up the sticky thing, hehe...

i have pm you the items i bought and the pricings, pls check... ;P S&C oso like a wholesaler, so their pricing sure cheaper than outside, & we dun nid do much bargain since the price is already much lower (i hav been checking out prices of same items b4 i went to S&C) Even if his factory in China did not manufacture some item (like the bookcase with the dimension i ask for), he still able to get it from his other furniture frd at very much lower price than we go direct to other furniture shops, hehe...

thks, u oso getting panggiap on the gate? heard frm them tat if u need make extra key, need take entire lock out (by them) then can go make (ard $15 per key)...tats y they giv us all the 8 keys....my aunt make frm another company who onli gav her 3 keys on the special lock.

mine is pu leather L-shape sofa bought from STAR FURNITURE, so far so good, occasionali (twice a wk) use a damp cloth wipe the entire sofa, follow by a clean dry cloth...not hot like PVC, not ex like real leather, and will not easily torn like leather oso....but tink most impt u try dun buy those gt stitch in between the seating, which very easily being torned...

today they juz came to install, except for late for 1 hr, im quite satisfied with the pdt & workmanship, i noticed that the worker keep aligning properly for the lock and gates which make me feel more assured..
