I recently made a purchase and upgraded the material used but the term doesn’t quite ring a bell now. Can someone advise what is the normal (or most common) material used for headboards? Is it PU leather? I remember by default the headboard comes in a material where wrinkles are super visible and a little rough. We choose the one where wrinkles (grains) are lighter on the eyes and very smooth. Feels like real leather.

I will review our unit again, and see if I can faster get him out of my life!!!!! We need to move on. Cuz first contractor not good so I "fired" him!!!!! I don't want to have him touching on my carpentry works, end up only he thinks nice. Contractor is doing all works except carpentry and Henry took over the understanding works loh. Ya loh... heartpain my $$$ only. But we still play him until jialiat jialiat, ask him to rectify this and that. Hahaha~ he must be thinking - rushing liao still want me to rectify everything. Thought can anyhow handover... end up lagi jialiat. Hahahaha... Thank you!

His son ID mah, sure know how to PR one. We were enlightened when his son's door guys came and touch up last week. He asked us why our door got no door line (some sort of protector for the door to prevent cracking), then my Hubby said - "Contractor didn't say have what. We not professionals you know?" I was like... wtf!! You take my money but just do half the job?? Bloody **** loh. Hubby said might be because he didn't quote us that's why didn't install. Please loh!!!!! If you know it's needed, should have told or asked if we want anot what!! I really feel like him!!!!!!!!! We paid him about $1k to uninstall and reinstall a new set of frames for both the common and MBR loh!!!!! You say angry anot lah!!!!!! Operations excuse or not, not my problem. All I can say is KARMA. Say I no "tong qing xin" or what lah, but after all that countless headaches, arguments with Hubby and MIL, I really don't think I need to show face or what loh.

I don't think I saw any chemical. The washer said it's detergent... They re-sanded and re-painted and re-installed last Friday. Not perfect but is acceptable, no bubbles or anything. I highly doubt this will last loh... cuz I saw the interior. Quite jialiat one.
