Last night at about 12.30 mid night, some neighbour start hammering the wall.Although he has tried not to bang so hard, but with our unit all so closely built and at this time, the noise really wake ppl up. What is this hyperlinked insects? how it look like? don't know is it because of the rain, I saw a lot of worm like creature around the ground floor. The korean BBQ also not bad, only that the cook get so lost with all the orders and have to wait for quite a while.

do u know wat time is the demo? if late afternoon, my hubby can go see see.

Anyone notice that there is a sewage plant behind the swimming pool ? every morning when I cross the traffic light at the cross juction beside the swimming, there is this stinky smell in the air. I guess is from the sewage plant as the rubbish trunk is not here yet.

I don't really find the water taste weird, but I have sensitive skin, kind of itch after bathing with this water.But not sure is because of the water or the surrounding dust or both.

Just warning! one middle age lady asking to borrow money from my hubby when he walk out of the lift lobby at LG.She said she lost her wallet and her husband is oversea and her son is very sick.when my hubby tell her to go to the police, she said police can't help and refuse to go.So, beware being con by her, especialy those with elderly at home.

DSA: know where we can file complain on cleanliness at common area?since so many ppl already move into LG, the cleaner should start mobbing the floor instead of just picking up paper pieces only. Go Ikea. they have small, medium and large size mirrors.

Won't be surprise NTUC will have a branch at Blk 219.We have so many coffeeshop behind LG and still a new one opened here .And quite good businese lei. I think it is good to have one supermarket at blk 219 as ppl walking back from the bus stop can just buy their grossary (toilet paper, soap etc. last min but urgent stuff)on the way back home , especialy raining day. wondering LG have any cleaner to clean up the common area like corrridor and lift lobby at the moment.It is so dusty just walk out of the unit.If no, should we request to have it started? we already been paying utility fee liao ma. shouldn't u be getting a few more different contractors to quote before decide to let who to do ur reno?also must make sure their sub-con like carpanter , tiler, painter are experiences or not.like mine, cheapest among the few quotations I get, but turn out poor workmanship, so miserable...

Mr Chew said we should choose our curtain after we painted our house coz only by then u know which colour match ur wall better.And I agree as diff shades of blue can either brighten ur rm or make it dull, exp it when I have to place the sample on the wall to choose mine.

My curtain is day and night, but only mbr night curtain is sun proof.( for sleeping in late)b2 is normal curtain ppl use for living, and day curtain are those thin translucent white curtain.All are full lenght.

He charge me $1500 for curtain at mbr and b2, wooden blind for living and b3.I cant compare price as wooden blind is double price of curtain and not many LG is installing this. My is 5 rm. My kerb between kitchen and dining only 2 tiles thickness height, covered with the same colour tile as my dining.(actually I use this dining area as part of living and put my dining table infront of the main door with a divider to separate dining and entrance area.)

Ya, I have the same problem too, end up install a shallow kerb over the matching line. Ya, I have check with a few shops and confirmed Toshiba brand both fan coil and condenser are make and assemble in Japan, while Mitsubishi make in Japan but assemble in Malaysia.So, we get the Toshiba inverter and going to install next Tuesday.
