To share my experience with you about buying Lights with ID Initally I tot I will be chop by those shops intro by my ID after reading the forum, I decided to get those lights myself. There is a particular crystal lights I am eyeing on is costing $590 and after discount is $520 @ LighTo*****. (My ID followed me to that shop which is recommended by my friend) But my ID told me some news about the shop. Then I decided to go to the shop recommended by my ID instead. (my Poor ID had to drive up and down just because of the lights I want. So Paisay... ) That shop is so flexible and able to configure whatever combination that I want. (provide that combination is possible.) And I can find the exact crytal lights in that shop and giving me a price after discount at $460!! Much cheaper than the price my friend recommended me. I also customised my bedroom lights and kitchen lights. Few days after, I wanted to changed my bedroom lights and kitchen lights design. You know what? They allowed me to do that, only that they cannot refund me the outstanding amount. So I just use those outstanding amount to get additional light bulbs. I am still very happy that I am able to make changes after the full payment is made. (Personally I am not encourage ppl to make changes last min. I only made minor changes only.) I also understand my ID got commission from that light shop, because my ID told me after we came out from the light shop. Conclusion: Check the prices of the lights yourself and DUN buy 1st. after that, follow your ID to check out the shop he recommended. If his recommendation is cheaper, just use his. =P

ya. They come together. As long as can get good workmanship. I think go for reasonable price will be fine. =)

HAPPY~~~ False Ceiling Up, 1st Paint Done, Ceiling Fan Up, Lights Up~!! THUMB UP~!! Hurhurhur~~~ Benedict got everything followed closely with the schedule. The lights effect turns up more beautifully than what my hubby and I expected. The colors of the wall turns out well and match with the house theme. Hopefully the rest can be as smoothly as possible.

I attached a piece of stainless steel on top to replace the hood. Cost me $150 only. Maybe you can consider that also. =)

Just take note.. you may need another 10k or more to buy lighting, toilet accessories, washing machine..... If total is still within your budget, still ok lor. economy not very good in now a days...

Sure. No problem.. After my reno start lor.. I can't wait for them to start. Else there is nothing for me to post up.. =P My hubby also very comfortable working with Benedict and found he is a very honest and practical guy.

My ID is Benedict. Highly recommendate. His idea is great.. waiting for my new house to complete... they are starting work on nov. Hopefully to get before christmas..

Sharing my experience... Go for Corian Solid Surface if you can afford it. Slightly expensive then the others but it comes with the following: - 10 yrs warranty - Allow you to re-polish the surface and maintain the same texture (it will look like brand new one as what you have newly installed.) My ID actually dun recommend me that solid surface due to the high price. But I learnt from my friend and decided to give it a go. I always told my ID I scare my corian surface got spoil by water, blah blah blah~~ he replied:"Corian surface leh~ Scare of Water?!?" Heehee... I feel like I made a right choice for my white corian solid surface as my ID always =.="' when I told him I scare this or that. Think of long term run. Kitchen is "woman's heaven". Therefore is a worth investment. I also choose to make a "concrete" kitchen (bottom)... Not those normal wood type cardboard. Water-proof~~ They will start work in Nov. Pray hard everything goes smoothly and I can move in before christmas... My experience with my ID is great. Most of my design plan changed after visited one of his customer site.. Because his idea on his past project looks much more professional than what I plan to have. His price is also very reasonable (I asked my friend to go thru his quotation for me). I bargin for it.. that's why got 2 sheeps. (Learnt from forum and friends =p ) I forgot to state my price is for queen size bed. Missouri seems too soft for me. Oh No.. Don't go "Nippon at Hougang ave 8 showroom". Their price is very very expensive. Bought from there before and totally regretted. Defu Lane will be the better choice. I know there is a shop which sells Nippon paint cheap. I just remember it is along the road.
