  1. Hahaha No possible la.. I sold mine last year like June at its peak. Spend 6 months renovating and I am now few months happily settled down in new place with "new life" liao. Btw 339 is a good place with lots of convenience... enjoy staying there...
  2. wow.. 339B.. I used to stay in 339A 5 room corner house but mid low floor ... Stay for almost 8 years being the 1st owner... But i sold n move out as it can be less bright and windy below #7. So Johnson which floor at 339A you stay? kekeke The 339 side facing MRT tracks and carpark can be a bit warm from the evening sun... But I miss my old place .... my first unit with a lots of setiments esp my kids grew there and went thru many life events there.... sob sob
  3. Dear Derry, Your encounter seems amazing as well... I hope to be able to evaluate given choices. Maybe its fate or my current Fengshui working to give extra chances to meet a master of master... wahahhahaha.. Anyware, care to also share with me thru IM yr Sifu's contacts for me to consider. Thank you in advance.
  4. Hi "GrandPaPa", care to PM me ur fengshui master contacts and charges u last paid. Thanks a million for ur advise and help. regards.
  5. Well that depends on your block and facing. Tell me more about it, maybe I am advise.... As for my unit, please do not be misled because I hack away the room beside the master and move back the wall to create the dinnign area. The Hall/ Dinning area thus seems bigger as I sacrifice 1 room for that. My master was made slightly bigger and I still have 1 common rm + 1 study. For Kitchen I also hace away the entire wall and made an open concept. Hope the above helps.

  8. You can find Tarkett in GoodRich gallery which they display and sell amongst the other top brand. I think buying covers the warranty as well.... at least for workmanship.. I got mine from them and i must say so far the Tarkett quality is IchiBan!!!
  9. Hi sorry for the late reply. This forum been down for some time and I was travelling for a while. I have the 54" for all rooms with light kit.. So far still hunting 1 super duper nice fan for my living room....
  10. Hi Yap Yap, Very Fantastic job and design!!!! Well done with my 2 thumbs up. Congragulations. For the steps. Lets just say they suit the design theme an concept being that way displaced. Everything was so Immaculately done and thoughtout. By far one of the most impressive art piece I have seen in this site. Like your Fascade, skylight and awning. The space allow a full play to the idea and I am suure all these all to your property value with certain people appreciating its worth. Well done once again.
  11. Hi As these application must be submitted using the HDB Apex system (sounds like these). Someehow only those contractors applied and approved by HDB (HDB approved Contractors) have access to the system. All HDB replies and approval are send from this system and somehow these documents and details are archived in it... I believe you may have no choice but to seek a contractor's help... sob sob.....

  14. Hi Havencaveman, dont worry about Tarquett la.. its distributed by GoodRich and along side with Pergo, Pergo altht may not be exclusively to Goodrich. From what I know and confirm by this forum Tarquett is one of the top international brand and known for its quality. They have some many range from lower to upper expensive high end types... Between my installer who is also a sub contractor for goodrich confirm that the range you & I have is top notch one... no worries la... In fact living for more than 1 month now with the Tarquett flooring, not only theres no foot prints or marks... it alway look clean n "smooth" to my feet without the oily irky feeling.... Be 100% assured at least till now.. long term like beyond 3-5 years, i'll tell down the road. Cheers...
  15. hi havencaveman, I've got the same range n type of laminate floor from Tarquet like yours... installed for 2 months liao... so far so good... No Worries its lasts and its quality seems top notch so far. At $6+ beside loving the grainy ship-deck look. I took an extra steps to test the quality it last almost 7 days being soak in water before it "expanded" as for scratches, Keys and scissors didnt leave visible marks after u rough handle it by scratching the surface... But still need maintenence and care... Good Luck buddy....
  16. wise choice hello88.. better consider carefully if u wan to hack #1 toilet... less privacy as guest goes #2 as well as inconvenience for old folks and all guests to go up stairs... jus my advise...
