Early 2014: I and hubby started to hunt down a place to called HOME. Then after few weekends viewing, we finally found a place that both of us like, near the Causeway. Although, it was at the highest floor, we can't get the corner unit that suited our need. So we just settled down at this corridor unit with the area around 100 sqm. Our floor plan: BBCode

Now that i found that dotsntots is an affiliate company of Esteem Interior, i guess they should use esteem interior when submit to HDB -
I guess 500 is an average price in the market, some IDs even charge 1000 for 3d drawing.

I met Andrew Chan from Euphoric Design, a week ago. He is an expert and also eccentric guy. His design style is daring, very good for people who dare to implement his idea for their house, but not for me. Price is a bit high, but comparable to other ID.
