I asked him about the * issue..and the Southwest is metal part. He explained actually toilet is at North. ?????? anyway he did not explained about the Southwest part. I attached his drawing with the toilet bowl at * and emailed him. He got angry and told me that he need not justify to me anything and this was not a free fengshui lesson. What can I say? Maybe you would like to check the warranty for the tiles? Jacobi is only for 20 years. Normal german tiles has warranty for at least 30 years. So maybe not so lasting? Prob of moulds and algae overtime...you can check with their distributor Manna Supplies.

Hi, things got settled after mediation by one of the authority. My neighbour bear the costs of the flashings due to encroachments. We do touch up for others.
