Hi pinkpetter, May I know how much did u pay for the wall decals for the one that is pasted in the Living Room? I would like to get one similar to yours but of cos with my customised quotes. I went to Decorette web blog but couldn't find any wall decal with quotes design in it.

I bought a latest model top load washer - Hitachi BW-105JV from Best Denki at $949. It is a 10.5 kg washer, nano titanium with a 1000rpm spin dry. Came with a free rice cooker worth $149 too. Look for Ann at Best Denki Ngee Ann if u want a good discount.

Nova, Defu and Avanni Furniture all get their furniture mostly from the same factory manufacturer in Malaysia at wholesale prices. That's why they claim it's frm their factory. Bull s**t! U have to be tactful. Always go around several shops to compare prices. Can always try Furniture Mall, IFC, IMM, Tradehub etc. Buying on impulse always makes u regret ur decision later.

Well not every buyer is as understanding as yours. I had 3 kids and my wife was 4 mths pregnant. My buyer insisted that I stick to the handover date. To him, money was not an issue. I even offered $2500, well above the market rental rate for a 5rm unit but he wouldn't budge. So what to to, I LL lor. Still have to shift out eventually.

The whole house is totally move-in condition. The current owners had spent $40k renovating the whole house about 1.5 yrs ago so the condition is very good. I have just handed my keys of my previous flat over to my buyer yest. Currently, temporarily staying at my in-laws place for a month. Once I take the keys on the 23rd, furniture will arive on 26th and my whole family (2 adults + 3 kids) will shift in on 27th. Can't wait for that day to arrive.
