hi our-home, just wondering, how much time would it take to do all those jobs listed? How about for your case? Reason why I'm asking is becos for us, we have only a month or so from the point we take over the keys (hence able to start renovations), to having to move out of our current place. Timing seems a little tight.... So i'm trying to estimate if we may need to find alternative housing arrangements meantime. Thanks. btw, how to i find your blog? (sorry, new to the forum)

Hi all, I'm a new member to this forum and need some advice on renovation Bought a resale condo recently and intend to do some renovation work which include: 1) Hacking of kitchen walls and retiling 2) Re-doing both common and master toilets 3) Polishing of marble floor / pacquet floor 4) Building additional storage place 5) Painting 6) Building window/ Balcony grilles 7) Hacking and installing new wardrobes (2 rooms) 8) Lights and air-con for the whole house 9) Re-install new kitchen cabinets/ oven/ hood/ sick/ stove 10) Some carpentry work We intend to re-use most of our furnitures. Anyone has any suggestions on ID or contractor? If I'm not wrong, the price is usu more exp than HDB rt? If anyone has done this before; pls pm me the quotation and ID/contractor contact. Thanks
