hi hi from wat i know a normal renovation takes about 1 month... if its hdb 5 rooms thn it takes a bit more time... mayb about 1.5months hacking work is only one or 2 days.. the most 4 days only....

hmm sound so poor thing... wat a horrible agent .. so irresponsible and tell so many lies to make u sign contract of cos will be unhappy to pay comm to him la.. unacceptable attitude i am just worried that he will create more trouble for u if u lodge a complaint against him sigh...

hi guys, i bought a resale flat too... i kind of know wat design i wan still considering.... should i look for ID or Contractors??? and yar they have a huge price difference.. pros n cons too... need some advice too do u guys have any good ID or contractors to recommend?? most imptly they must be responsible thanks for helping
