Even if the grooming shop says that the pets will be better behaved if the owners are not around blah blah blah, don't believe. You know your own pet best and you know how to ensure your pet behave with or without your presence. As a matter of fact, they ought to behave even better with your around.

been living in this hse for abt 7 yrs liao loh. and been sickly. The previous FS master said will take up to 5 yrs to see good effects. But come to the 7th yr already still see nothing. more importantly, i felt should engage another master to come see my hse and he said most stuffs i nv do properly... sigh. wish had engaged this 2nd master in the first place.

i managed to get one artificial tree from those shops that sell artificial flowers and plants after a few days of search. bought one from the plaza next to beauty world. still looking for divider. I don't wanna tailor make... the furniture shops really trying to 'chop carrot' when they asked me to tailor make.. I could see the $$$ shining in their eyes. anyway, went to IFC and those factories nearby, some neighbourhood shops to view the divider. Currently, only managed to find about 6 diff designs. 3 of the designs are available in neighbourhood shops. Those sold in IFC and some centres, are priced liked about $1K ++. But the exact design sold in neighbourhood shops are just about $$750 to $850. Would the quality be the same? Given that even the catalogs are the same.. i'm highly concerned about the possibility of furniture growing mould matters...

Hi, Am desperately looking for - a nice divider. Those with glass panel on top, in front of the glass panel can put display, then the remainder of the divider downwards can have drawers type. - 假树 as in, fake tree. I don't want christmas tree though... anyone knows where to get nice ones, please?

possible. my upstairs neighbour seems to have never-ending holes to drill. but everytime we check, it sometimes was hole drilling by 2 or even 3 units above. knocking on walls/grounds also same for my case.

yea. Sembawang is a very quiet place. My music instructor who comes over to my house to teach me music, call this place a "xiang xia" = countryside. LOL. I've feedback to TC accompained with a short video clip and they did the cleaning up on the day itself. Very efficient leh

yes. My FS master said that to me too. She used furniture colours, wall and flooringn colours to factor in the effects. but then, my HB lah. Do half refuse to do the other half. So not very good.

nope nope. those individual blocks ones, got those chinese uncles/aunties who do the cleaning. i think it's one person in charge of a few blocks. that's why the void decks still not That bad. Those outside of void deck area, are done by those foerign cleaners. They eat curry in the storeroom. Or maybe cook bah. dunno. sit on benches chit-chat. ok lah. i don't mind them having rest time and all that. But then, places MUST be kept clean loh. ESP those glass bits MUST be swept away. And sometimes, those leaves accumulated and rot already, still stayed there. I think, would be a good idea if individual complains sent to TC. If just one person send, not likely they'll do anything much.

ooohh.. i think before i moved out, when staying at my mum's place, my bed was directly behind the altar, of coz with a wall in the middle. But i would keep swifting here and there after 2 months. Nothing very much affected it seems. But better be careful than sorry now that u know

actually, for basics, can self-teach. but for the more advanced one, more difficult. I tried to self-read. For career, character, very accurate. Even the physical looks also accurate. And... my destinated life is the same as the following life. So quite easy for me. but for complicated ones, cannot understand already.

nv noticed the ah pek. but i did noticed that, there're lots of glass bits on the floor somewhere near the amphitheratre blocks. And they could stay there for like 2 weeks w/o being cleaned up. There're kids running nearby. If they fall and cut their knees with the glass bits, then how? It's getting more and more dirty - yes. The food, liquor should be left by those foerign workers. Sometimes, one or 2 glass bottles are thrown down it seems. Like at my block, after the clearner clean in the morning, next morning the glass bits appear again. Maybe the ppl living htere dislike anyone walking pass/under their windows bah.. but how can so selfish. Strangely, i often see many clearners gather in groups dunno discussing about what.

No. I caught him once. But it's almost always stained with urine in the past. Then TC pasted the "No pee" sign there. Photocopied one some more. And one is already falling out. Few years back, worse - someone poo there. Got those curry smell somemore. So neighbours say must be some crazy men or children who did that. The last straw was someone poo on my door mat on CNY eve 2 years back. fainted.

yikes. a month ago, i emailed to TC about seeing one teenage boy, peeing at the stairs' corner, located directly opp my front door. TC said no witness so cannot get the boy. (Am I not a human or what? ) anyway, they pasted those "No urine" sign on the wall. then last week, faintly smell urine again. yikes. how to catch ppl like that?

I took to liking Mode Studio's TV console. But read from another forum that they're related to Red Apple. So dropped the idea. sigh. no choice. actually, i feel, not just red apple. But towards any furniture shop - NEVER pay in full. And better ask them for black and white to give FULL refund if goods are not delivered on time and whether there are any guarantee if anything were to happen within a year.

heard very good reviews about Vhive from friends who got their product about 6 or more years ago. So went to get 2 TV consoles from them... ended up, both grew mould (very badly) and breed flies. Or maybe attracted flies or whatever. won't ever dare to buy their wood things again. what's the texture of the wood like? got pictures to show pls?
