I like their furnitures as well but its very expensive. This is their warehouse sales or outlet sales? Im waiting for their warehouse sales... You can also try Pagoda teak furniture and Sister's Dream. They used plantation teaks and also do customisation as well.

You're welcome... not sure abt other deals but this is the best deal we found at HM... Btw, do note that you can actually bargain at HM... do ask the salesman to give you a best price... you will be surprised! However, there is no further discount for the Panasonic set.

Will be getting the keys in 23 days time.... Have bought a 42" Panasonic Plasma TV yesterday(TH-42PV8H) for $1399 plus $700/- gift voucher ($100 Taka and $600 Taka or Shell voucher). It was a great buy we think... In the pipeline are the following items: LG fridge - LG-GR-M392YLQ @ $499 Washing Machine - WD-10481TP @$599 Also went to check out some mattress today at the bedding saloon at MacPherson. Didnt realise that buying a mattress is so much of a hassle. Think i have more or less shortlisted Simmons which cost around $1699/-. Thats all i've for now.. will update again.

From lease commencence date until now is 27 years... the estate just completed interim upgrade and the new circle line is going to complete soon.... Thanks happywolfie... have found the same information which you had mentioned but im not sure how genunie are these so called online sellers are.... also read some negative feedbacks abt these online sellers..... anyone has any experience on this to share... will be good for a gauge...

Hello guys, Finally had exercised our option to purchase a 4-rm resale corner unit at mountbatten area. Still waiting for our first appointment with hdb this month and we are expecting to conclude the sale and take ownership sometime in November this year. What enticed us is the access balcony which the current owner had bought over from hdb. As both of us like to grow plants especially orchids, this is almost a perfect unit for us. We are currently exploring some ideas how to do up our house without spending to much due to budget constraint. Unlikely to do any major overhaul just some minor works especially the MBR and toilets. The current owner had renovated just 4 years ago. Both of us like teak furnitures and have been going around to look look see see. As such, any ideas and opinions would be very much appreciated.
