i bought my 2 sony x series 46" from harvey norman expo sales last month. Pricing is unbelievable until i was so worried whether the product is a defected batch or not. Sony bravia x series SGD 3999 + 200 Isetan voucher + 100 NTUC voucher + 3 yrs sony warranty + 1 HDMI cable + wall mount kits (tilted) + free installation The salesman told me that this batch is actually assembly in Malaysia , not those display in store which is come direct from Japan. All components is the same only workmanship from different country. When i register the product online, the product code actually come with a " TH" behind. So i wonder may be this is a thailand set instead of MY. I also bought my philips HTS 8140 sound bar from the sales. All products had been delivered on time, but not mounted yet as my new house is still undergo renovation. hope all works fine. hahaha

hi, i just received the revised quotation for our massionate from 2 of the highly recommended ID, one 64k+, the other is 68k+. My major reno item basically as below 1. hack all flooring (all toilets, kitchen, balcony, living room, passageway, dining and study room)and parquet (staircase, 3 bedroom) and lay with homo tiles for whole house 2. hack all wall tiles and lay with homo tiles 3. change staircase railing to stainless steel 4. change all window grille only 5. hack wooden platform 6. erect back wall for study room 7. 3 partition wall using hollow block appx 6ftx6ft each 8. rewiring for whole house (per item cost) 9. change all piping to stainless steel pipe 10. 2 feature wall for living and masterbedroom 11. kitchen cabinet is the quotation normal for a 'whole house do over' massionate? seems all ID quote me ard 60k+. wall and floor tiles are the main damage ($20K hack and lay), and follow by the staircase ($8K+). The 2 IDs is Homely Image and Intradesign, the 2 finalist for us. haha any quotation to share from this 2 IDs to compare? any one need my quotation for reference can just drop me a message.. thanks.

hi, just placed $200 deposit at courts for simmon beautyrest glendale, total cost fot the mattress is SGD3812.15 + GST 266.85, make up ard SGD 4K+..then add another divan SGD 1K, total damage SGD 5142 plus 2 pilllow and a mattress protector.. The sale lady told us that simmon price is controlled, so we will not find any cheaper outside..??? is that true, she even told us that we can do a refund or match back any lower price that we can find outside courts..is that true?? haha..hope we not being chopped..thought courts which is such a big company shd be quite trustful any comment on simmon beautyrs glendale, how is it compare to backcare model? we tried the backcare model, but my wife said it's too hard for her...

hi, all A new Em owner at tampines area. nice to meet you guys. Just collected my key on August, started to source for reno firm recently..(due to 7 month..haha). I got my first quotation which is ard 65k basically whole house floor, tiles, toilet build over. Is this price reasonable for EM? Saw alot of EM in tampines area shield up their balcony with some kind of aluminium blind, which cover the whole opening of the balcony to block rain and sunlight. Looking to get one as well. Any owner of such gadget here? happy homing..
