they hv a modest office cum showroom. yes they r id firm but they also do contracts works. i feel u can call n meet up with them as they dun press customers or do hard sell tactics. if gabriel accept your job means he can take on your job n make sure he has the capacity. He is a responsible guy. However, if some of his contracts teams are not up to mark, just let him know and he will make sure things are immediately remediated.

they give priority to their current customers wan lor. he is very prompt to reply and get back to me, so far i dun see the need to rush him. Unless u are in hurry. u need to let him know that the timeline u have.

met up with this designer gabriel, we managed to hit it off well, quite chatty & accomodating. gabriel gave suggestions on wat to do & not to do... example like how to fully maximise the storage space as we hv quite of alot of barang barang. hes quite detail even for a 1st meet up, he asked abt our taste, colour. & suggests themes & ideas on how we can design it based on wat we like. Thumbs up for his knowledge & advices. He said will give me my final quotation sometime this week... patiently wait cos he's in my top shortlisted id's

I got 1 of their ID contact from one of the forumer here but couldnt get him on his handphone. I called their office & the clerk immediately apologised to me saying that they were running at their maximum capacity. She humbly said that they had to give priority to their current customers & asked for my understanding. She told me that she will arrange an appointment for me. The ID jus called me himself yday & confirmed our meeting this weekend. He was apologetic & explained his situation to me, but assured me that he will meet us. They seemed very popular. anxiously awaiting our meeting

Hi ice usually there isnt much comsumers can do. you can call CASE to lodge a complaint against them. usually if CASE receives a high number of complains against a company then CASE will take a more intense approach. otherwise they will more likely go through the standard procedure of mediation. another thing is you can consult some legal advice to see if they are able to help out also. i hope these are of help to you

its bcos of all these bad attitude furniture shops that leave us with no choice sometimes but to buy from ikea. I had been reading thru the other topics & there r many more furniture shops out there behaving this way also. i think its only those who do not read the forums that keep on giving business to them
