Hi, Would like to seek advise from RT members. For painting works, which brand of paint is better, ICI or Nippon? Is there a big price difference between the two? Thanks!

Hi May, For your digital lock, did u bought online or locally? Did your contractor install for you? Any charges? I am thinking to get online but worry about the installation part. Thanks -
I got my storage heater from Asia Excel. Initially wanted to get Ariston coz of the compact size and nicer design but dropped the idea after hearing of the leakage problem. Narrowed down to Joven but the guy (Ricky) at Asia Excel recommended me Alpha brand instead. He himself is using it so he can vouch for it's quality. The warranty for Alpha is 10 years for leakage and 2 years for heating element wheras Joven is 10 years for leakage and 1 year for heating element. He mention that the outer covering for Alpha is better then Joven coz it's Japan quality material, can't remember the name of the material tho. I bought the 25L one as he told me the 15L is for 1.5 person usage and 25L is for 2.5 person usage, of coz oso depends on the person's usage of water. Btw, the storage heater is for use in the mbr toilet only.

Actually can't blame your sis for wanting to quickly seal the deal for the unit. Altho the COV is high but think of it as payment for the extensive renos and decors in the house. It's so impressive and the fittings are all so high class. She can practically move in without having to do anything to the unit and also save herself the headache of renovation progress.

Wah, May, putting a seater in the bathroom, think so far, you are the only one here? But it's a very GOOD idea. You know ladies lar, need to put conditioner, mask, soak feet, all this takes time. How abt a magazine rack too?
