Hi preciousjam, Yes, nice Rondy is helping me to find my ideal place. I fly quite alot so at times difficult to view units. Plus I am fussy la, want to stay only in mum's estate, walk distance to mrt, and a big 3rm unit. Sigh...saw 1 perfect unit some time ago but the neighbour..... sigh.... Anyways, I am excited over yr reno process, will keep looking out on yr updates!

Hi, I am looking into buying a 3 room flat in Hougang. I am a first time buyer and kinda confuse by the procedure. Is it better to engage a property agent so he/she could find my dream home? I have found some units on some of the HDB resale websites and keen. Can anyone recommend a good property agent? tks.
