Hi Kopi, Tks so much for this article. I am hardly in Spore nowadays n good to read this article. I have asked the agent for the seller's contact n new address. Called the seller and told her to clean up their act. She told me they could not find the brother who borrow the $. N this brother do not stay with them at all! Sigh.... Hope they (10 of them) will change their IC address and do not use the old address to borrow more Loansharks $.

I just called the agent and told him I need the seller's new address and he gave me. Seller will moved in 1-2 mths to the new address. I called the seller and told her to clean their act. She told me it was her brother who borrow the $ and this brother do not stay with them at all. Told her to tell the Loansharks and Police that. I do not wan to meddle into their affairs. The seller hse have almost 10 sons/ daughters carrying their IC address. If they do not change their IC address to new address, I am very scare they will borrow more $ fm Loanshark under the IC old address.

Tks for all u forumers here for sharing... I have reported to the Police on Sat...and very fast, they came in the noon and take a look... They then called me to tell me yes, they have seen the red n green paint marks on the corridor of my unit, wall and main door grilles. They will put this in their system and they will patrol more to monitor. They have also told me they have questioned my new neighbour and he has told them it was the seller that owed the Loansharks $ and they came and splash the paint. I then called the agent and told him to tell the seller to call and tell the Loansharks they have moved, and I have already report to Police. I told the agent if the Police need further info, the agent have to reveal the seller contact no and new address to me. I began to realised now that it was no wonder... when I collected my keys fm HDB, I went up and saw the empty hse with main door wide opened...it was cos the main door was bent and cannot closed, it must be the works of the Loansharks. I am so stressed the last 2 days, I am in no mood to do anything and do not even want to stay in the unlucky hse any more.

Hi Mickey, I really hope the Loansharks will realise the Sellers have moved. I am so stressed now, everyday worry, dun even want to stay in that new home at all. I called the agent and told him nicely to tell the seller: Tell the seller to have a clear concious and called the Loanshark to inform them they do not stay there any more. I have already report to Police. If this matter require, I will need the seller's tel no and new address. Then the agent told me: Ok I am really fed up with the seller liao...no wonder when I received my keys fm HDB, I went up and found my main door opened wide and the door cannot closed! The whole door was bent, it must be the work of the Loansharks.

I have bumped into the new neigbour this morning when I went up to my new unit to see my reno, n she unwilling told me abt the Seller that owe $ n Loansharks came n splash paint, sigh.... I have just went on-line and submit a Police Report (for crime) for the paint splash fm Loansharks. Hope I am doing it correct. Then, I called the hse agent and told him to let Seller know to change address with the Loansharks pple cos I have reported to Police already. I am very upset with this whole resale unit with this seller, alot of unhappiness issues with them, even after handover.

Hi to all, Hope someone can advise. I went for my HDB appointment and got my keys on 11 Nov. Renovation was started almost immediately. This morning I went up to my unit and saw some faint paint marks of green n red on the corridor floor (only my unit area). Even some marks on the metal gate and wall. One of the neighbours told me the seller owe Loanshark and they did this last mth. I called the hse agent and he is not helping out at all. Now, I am very worry the Loansharks (they may dun care that the seller have already moved) will come and splash paint of my newly on-going reno place. Can forumers here advise me what I can do next? Other than sit n wait for the Loansharks? Can I report Police now and will they deal with it or do anything?

Rondy, U mean I can straight away report police now? I really upset with seller, they left a broken door for me that cannot close and now this Loanshark mess! N the irresponsible agent. I got bac late last nite and this morning went up to see my new place. I am surprise the 2 workers work on Sat. My MBR entrance is already sealed up. Old kitchen entrance is sealed up and new entrance is created. Living rm tiles are almost done. They are tiling the kitchen floor tiles. My unit entrance door is also tiled. Found some green n red paint faint marks outside the floor corridor of my unit and neighbour told me the seller actually owe Loansharks $ and last mth, they came and pour paint!!! OMG, I called seller agent and ask him to tell seller to setlle this cos I will report police if this happen again and I will be upset if they pour paint on my newly reno unit! Can someone advise me what I shld do...

Weather is suny in the day, u only need a light cardigan... at nite will be abit chilly...but if u walk whole day, u will not feel cold...super nice weather here to walk all day. So nice got co apartment hotel. HKG food all have lots of MSG. Only salad and sandwich is MSG free, hehehhe. The wall paper really nice and price is good, so is the Italy industrial tap for kitchen sink, sigh , no luck to buy. We got a call n will be heading back SIN tomoro....

I went last nite to Mongkok n have dinner with my colleagues, then head back cos it was full of pple, and we all have headache. Tot will go today, but end up chatting the nite away in the lounge in hotel, so didnt go to Mongkok again. Found a nice Italtian industrial tap for my kitchen sink on sales, wan to buy but again need pre order for 2 days (office called and we r going back SIN tomoro) so couldnt buy again (same story as the wallpaper), sigh.... Yes, I have been rushing bac to hotel the last few wkdays at 8.30pm to watch 'gong xin ji' here.

Hi Angel, U r coming to HKG? I am here since 5 days ago, it was cold and gloomy and I caught a cold. But these 3 days, weather is clear n cooling, so nice to walk around. I am going to Mong kok later after work to go shop shop. My colleague ate too much local food and kanna MSG attack here, so now he can only eat salad and MSG free food. If u staying at Renaissance Haour View, we can meet up (provided u have time to spare, heheh) have snacks, wines, kopi free at the 40 floor Executive lounge (I can bring u up there cos I have free access) I found a shop that sell wallpaper fm Korea and I calculate I need 3 rolls for my wall, but after selecting wallpaper and etc, she told me need 3 days to order but I am leaving anytime so cannot take the risk

Mickey, U cannot believe what just happened...I jus got a call to say I am not flying bac to SIN again tomoro till TBA..aiyo, I want to go home! Called ID 3X liao to change appt with him in SIN, I jus sms him to say till I am in the plane bac to SIN, then we will set a date. He updated my reno thru sms, I am just glad n hope my reno will be ok. Seems like when I am home, alot of stuff done up liao.

Kopi, The first nite here, we went to the famous roast goose place for dinner. Very fat the meat n cha siew! I cannot swallow that. But I enjoy the 'shui jiao' soup here, yum yum I just came back fm Temple street, saw the clock, the one u n me like at JandG blog, managed to bargain to HK500 but no new stock and the display item is dusty n I do not want it, sigh.... Actually I saw the same clock in Beijing last mth, they have the bigger veson, which I like, but also display left n I dun wan. Let me know if u have lobang to get that clock that JandG mentioned, but need 5 pcs at $85 each then her frd can get for us is it?
