CONGRAT!! hope to see ur floorplan & reno pic soon BTW, COV is in cash leh. The balance will be paid in cash, minus the 2K you hv paid lor. This is the extra $$ u willing to pay out of ur pocket. HDB will nt interfere. HDB only make sure ur CPF is deducted to pay the flat valued cost. Or mayb urs is special case: i.e. bank loan is taken for COV purpose, bank needs to pay to HDB then HDB represent to pay seller. (more secured to bank, in case the $$ is anyhow spend, not to pay COV instead) Oh, how much COV u commited?

Mine oso used Wellmax. Feel Eric is experienced and his price is very reasonable. in fact, his was the cheapest I could find Installation was done fast & fuss-free. Me moved in abt 5 month liao. I'd strongly recommend him

also to add, ur house is VERY VERY NICE Dun worry abt the ikea look, it is european country look mah! think u should meet up our another neighbour, Val who done up her place in country theme too. Only 2 blocks away nia. Warning: ur wife may find it hard to control herself, seeing Val's country collection. More things for u to buy liao hahaha

Hi, me using this exact model now. 2 thumbs up for quick cooking and easy clean surface. My kitchen can be kept so sleek clean Oso it is not too big. we put it horizontally, instead of vertically. fit very well for a tiny kitchen like ours. we get more space for table top. need every space when preparing for cooking etc. till now, used for 5 months liao. no tripping problem when my whole hse aircon is ON, lightings r ON while cooking. think it is how ur electrician run the wiring. can't b anyhow trip de right? Me bought at S$998. how much did u see it?
