IKEA charge 6% assembly fees of the cost of items. I am not sure if I assemble myself, it will work or not.

I find DIY Home-Fix more expensive, while local hardware outlets don't have as much varieties. Where can I find a major local hardware outlet?

In the picture, at the top of the door, I think it is call a door slower. Can a door magnet be used? I heard that the door slower is too strong for the magnet to be able to hold the door.

Guardian has a metallic casing one costing $81 with medicine. It does not come without medicine. I have not checked out NTUC Unity and Watson's.
