It's either a private apartment or a landed property.
The quote may appear a bit on the high side if you compare item to item. But it's normal for a condo to be quoted slightly higher than a HDB and landed properties will be quoted even higher than condos.
Furthermore the quotation includes quite a number of quality materials. Not the kind the usual HDB dweller will opt for in reno and I think an ID would only recommend to someone who is willing to pay for elegance and quality. Looking at the materials and scope of works, the quotation doesn't seem that unreasonable.
