you may want to share with us which cleaning co did you engaged? for me, it was a bad experience with JUSTRELAX, they should change their co name to NOTSORELAX, as I had to re-clean a lot of stuff myself!

Yay, my reno is almost completed. Although there are some hiccups (some are my own mistakes ) but it all ended well. so far i am happy with their service and workmanship. i am particularly impressed by their electrical guys, they are proactive and experienced. I made a wrong decision on a light switch but they have anticipated it and made some adjustment quietly. for those who intend to engage their service, u can rest assured tat ur house is in good hands.

actually its nobody's fault, today i went down personally to get the tiles, still could not match the original tile color. the previous batch was made in vietnam, now this batch is made in malaysia although they are the same tile code! i guess my last resort is overlay with new tiles or make do with the 'featured' wall haha...

yes, my condo developer say its from whitehorse and provided me a sample. my contractor says he got it from whitehorse too with the same sample. made some inquiry with whitehorse yesterday and got the tile code, will be going down to get it myself today is it reasonable that my contractor want to charge me for redoing the tiles?

My contractor bought the wrong color tone and now my yard toilet wall tiles are in different tones from the original tiles. the difference can be quite obvious as the original is slightly blueish white and the color my contractor bought is very white. affected area is about 12 pieces. what can i do if not going to redo the wall tiles? wallpaper (has to be water proof as its washing machine area)? paint? any bleaching treatment for ceramic? not sure if the color tone will change over time if i just leave it. any advise is appreciated.

I called Hong Liang to get a quote on a refrigerator today, the guy who answered was quite rude. He put down the phone even before we have finish our conversation as I was about to ask for a quote on LCD tv. Their price is also not any cheaper. IMHO, Euromark is a better choice in terms of service and pricing.

I just engaged their service. I must say Uncle Winson is very professional. Although he injured his leg and in cast, he still come down and meet me today (he didnt tell me he is injured) . I feel very touched and have full confidence that he will make sure everything works well for my reno.
