I am tired from endless problem my interior designer aka contractor aka this particular company, I call it "G".
And be careful as apparently this company is registering under different names.
We were comparing several Reno companies and boils down to 2 ID, This "G" and another one is "R".
So G promised that the bathroom will be extended and an open concept kitchen which I likes. The "chief designer" ensured us that it will be done beautifully. Whilst the other company R said it cannot be done. Due to the constructions and piping,etc.
After reconfirming SEVERAL times with the G's chief designer regarding the layout, she came out with a drawing, etc. after much assurance, we placed the deposit and this when the nightmares began.
EVERYTHING that this G's said are LIES. The chief designer basically just "dump" us to a newbie once the contract is signed.
