hi yokoyoko, any specific person whom I can email to? it's been sometimes since i read back on the forum... do you think they will still fix up the new dual flush for us?

Did anyone hear any quarrelling like around 2am till 3am last night from one of the unit? I'm losing an hour of my needed rest... argh! They are simply so inconsiderate.. They didn't realised that they are making so much noise which is loud enough to wake their neighbour who is staying in the unit right below them... Not the 1st time that they are quarrelling at night... Do you happen to have neighbours like that?

can see her yelling at her son on weekend.. at times yelling at another woman in her unit.. probably too stressed up? just thankful that she didn't yell late at night...

Probably can call HDB Bedok Branch Office for help? Since these happened within the unit... Can't possibly spray insecticides into power sockets...

My unit also have those tiny creatures even before any furnitures was shifted in then... They are mainly found in my 2nd & 3rd bedroom.. I sprayed insecticide on the wall and corners of the "infected" rooms, then closed the windows and bedroom door.. After which I didn't see them anymore.. But I still do random checks every now and then.. Hope it helps to solve your problem, if not, temporarily.

hi guys, have doubts on my recently installed laminates. hope can find some clarifications here. over the weekend, went to test on the laminates ~ like walking around and test whether any "floating/sinking" effect. some problems that we found during the checking: 1) skirting have many dented marks & was being attempted to cover up using red clay 2) the joint gap between skirting & the flooring laminate can be seen (but was later mended using red clay stuff by either the laminates workers / ID's contractors. have yet to question the ID) 3) when we walked near the area that was joined to the skirting, the gap opened up again (thou mentioned in point 2 that they mended) 4) also should we see "floating" effect when we walk on the laminates? i was able to see the "float" effect when my husband walks on it. should there actually be such effects on laminates? we suspected that the ID didn't use the laminates company workers to install our laminates, instead he buy the laminates from laminate company & gotten his own contractors to lay the laminates...

Anyone using CityGas water heater and its drying machine? Any pros and cons to share?

Glady was the one who attended to us. We are still in the midst of sourcing for quotation. Absorbing design ideas from each ID and see which are the ones that really suited us..., of cos, the price as well i think no freebie will be given bah. we did asked her whether got any freebies given if the price we paid is more than certain amount. she said - 羊毛出在羊身上. haha!
