M0de..call them up to schedule delivery on yesterday,end up put aeroplane.Call their delivery dept,they say communication problem.It’s just excuses and delays after delays.Just my luck..Their after sales service is so disappointing!we will never never step into Mode again, and will warn our friends not to buy from them, don't wish them to suffer the same anguish as us. Poor management, poor customer service, poor attitude, Final Verdict: Never Ever Buy Anything From Them

Can forget so long one meh?If it's $700 per quarter, then how long did they forget to reach $3500 overdue?? - 3months x 5 = 15 months. Can forget so long meh??? I believe the management already sent out a few notices before resorting to this last resort.Want to enjoy all the facilities but don't want to pay.Hahahaha Find excuse also must find better one.

Yup that's him..the worst agent I've ever seen. I called him and wanted to arrange for viewing, he replied me saying that he's not free on weekday, needs to bring his kids out(fainted). We also nearly quarrel with him when he keeps pestering us to deposit 1k . I raise my voice and say we are buying hse not toy so we need time to think. When my agent arrange viewing with him, he told us Blk 471 got people commit suicide before, he take the lift also scary. And the units we wanted at blk 469 lvl 6, staying Indian family, he told us her husband just passed away 1 years ago in the house. We really don't know what is his motive of telling us all these. Btw can you recommend your agent to me, perhaps I can check with your agent whether there are any unit available at those few blocks. Thanks so much

Hi Angel, How much you bought ur EM @Jurong west.you got pay any COV???i also hunting some units at ur area(blk 469 and 470),but too bad most of the seller request COV 10k-30k. The worst case most of the units at that area are control by one agent(got attitude problem) from HSR .Very headache now cos we only prefer that area EM and now our hse@ boon tiong already sold.

The corner coffee shop opposite the qi tian da sheng temple..If yes i highly recommend the yong tau foo.. For lor mee i still prefer the stall at redhill coffee shop near the henderson market ..very nice..
