Mine is also resale flat. A bit sceptical about kerb (personally i don't like the design, but agree the functionality). Is there any other way to block water while using shower screen. Can't there be some sort of rubber sealing at the bottom and if the door opens inside, is it really necessary to have a kerb. I am not thinking of changing existing tiles.

I need to install aircons in my EA unit (130 sqm) in Sengkang, for 3 bedrooms only. Usage will be mostly for MBR. Rarely/occassionaly for another room (in case guests).
