  1. What is the new range? So far I know Essential (AC3), Executive (AC4), Exclusive (AC5)
  2. I am getting from Naturalcool. Best deal compared to all places I enquired.
  3. The resale flat (completion next week) has following defects noticed (the seller is kind enough to pass me a duplicate set of keys to start my renovation) - gap between bedroom door and frame, as such door cannot be locked - gap between the main door (provided by hdb) My qery is, who is responsible to correct these defects? The seller, buyer or HDB?
  4. Where can I get a brochure/catalogue of Supreme flooring so that I can choose the flooring colours. The website colours are too small and can't see the patterns Can't get from my contractor also.
  5. Not sure how far this is true, but was told that malaysian made (krono, supreme, pergo) should be better for singapore environment, as they are made from tropical wood.
  6. Personally I've chosen Supreme AC5. However, I would have chosen Pergo only if have $$
  7. You’re perfectly right. However, I have the flooring design code from Supreme. The same code I’ll be requesting from my contractor (mentioned in the contract as well, with brand name and color code). It also includes warranty, choice of colors, hacking of skirting, door trimming etc I think this should be alright.
  8. Yeah. I've finalised Cuizino, still 3 burners
  9. Thx for clarification. I was worried how the water will flow out if there is an UP turn. Now atleast 2-3 inches should be fine enough.
  10. Today I called up a guy from aircon co to suggest trunking layout for my unit. There is a beam between my two bedrooms. The trunking will pass through the wall just below the beam then turn up (abt 2-3 inches to run over the beam), as there is door on the other side. He suggested it is OK to have the water drain pipe (return) to turn UP abt 2 to 3 inches. What I had in mind that the water drain pipe should be at a slope always. If it turn UP, there will always be a pool of water in the pipe. Any comments?
  11. Thru my ID, I am getting @ $4 psf for Supreme AC5 Try to nego further or look thru ur ID.
  12. Personally I don't entertain such type of offers...'if you find anything lower...' This puts the burden on us.
  13. It was thru an independent installer (Alv*n) whose contacts I got from hardware zone. Standard 1 yr installation warranty. A bit concerned coz not sure abt shop. An adv ST on 31 Oct from Natural Cool: Panasonic sys3 non-inv CU-3C20EKH, CS-C9EKZW x 3 with GST and standard HDB installation only S$1499. Most likely I'll sign this package.
  14. A better rate for Panasonic sys3 non-inv CU-3C20EKH, CS-C9EKZW x 3 rom Natural Cool. S$1499 include GST and HDB installation (adv in ST on Oct 31) If u see my previous post, HN promotion was 1599. I am going with this.
  15. If I want to forgo the hood (coz light cooking) , is there any best alternative to protect my laminates?
  16. Update: The max pipe length is 85 ft. Any extra is $5 pfr. Installation warranty 1 yr.
  17. Adv in ST paper today by Harv*y Norm*n on sys 3 aircon. I enquired, the details are: Panasonic sys3 non-inv CU-3C20EKH, CS-C9EKZW x 3 is $1599 (incl GST) with standard installation. A quick chk on nea website, no such model. The closest match is CU-3C20GKH with 2 ticks Is it a good deal?
  18. 3 door should be a good choice. Im also looking for 3 door. haven't shortlisted any. The reasons mentioned above are appropriate. Separate frdge, freezer and vege comapartments. Just nice.
  19. I got quote from Gain City. If I compare with CoolServer (via website), the price is same. ANy hidden charges for CoolS****?
  20. I haven't gone into further details (thickness, grade etc), as i mentioned. However, the area to laminate is 4 rooms (about 600 sqm). My ID/contractor is quoting around 2700. Supreme is quoting 3k plus.
  21. ... i haven't look into details, but my contractor is quoting less than direct from Supreme. Obviously, might be charging 'extra' on other items.
  22. Is there any diference in warranty if i go for Supreme laminate flooring via my id/contractor or direct to Supreme. I was told by one of the sales agent from Supreme that if I do the flooring via ID/contractor, then for warranty I cannot go directly to SUpreme. I must go via ID/contarctor. Is it true or he is pressurizing me for his deal?
