i bought the fan $200 only 1 year,and only use it in recent 6 month, then the capacitor is fired, i 've call the agent ,they said if i need a new ,i will pay $20, i'm not sure whether it's worth to buy it in such price.

i just moved to a new hdb house and renovated, but i don't change the floor tiles.it's not 2 months when i live in the new house, one of my room's half floor tiles cracked . i just check with some contractor, they don't want to repair it because it's a small project. they always advice me to replace 1 room or the whole house tile. but it's impossible for me. i want to find professional worker to repair my tile or to change painted cements/lam floor,just like new trendy design which the contractors said they don't have the experience to do that. can someone to give me advice or recommed the experienced and honest professional. if nobody want to do it, i think i can also diy,but need know where to buy the material, and how to do it, i need your advice. thanks!
