  19. Each report cost $170... will your buyer pay for both reports ?? sometime the 2nd report might not be higher value... To the seller... if U already sold the unit at a price... whether the value increased ... it doesn't affect U... My 2nd report was $10K higher than the 1st one... but to me as a seller... there was no advantage...
