Just saw the simpler tap water purifier... mount on the tap ... and U can switch between normal or purified water... it cost $200... but the filter is $55 and have to change every 3 months...

The purchase is not an issue... the main cost come when U need to change the filter... heard that Diamand has a few filter need to be change regularly... and if U don't change the filter... it is more harmful than without it...

Ya... I think if the agent just serve U once and close the deal... U can don't pay the commission... but if she looks up the unit for U and bring U to view many units... she is expecting your commission lor...

For me .... Yes... my house is in that condition when the ID handed over... I only need to clean the internal of the capentary ...and I didn't find chip off anywhere... Btw... is your contract stated chemical wash or only general cleaning... chemical wash suppose to remove the white cement... not too sure about general cleaning...

Actually that was what I felt too... But it was not ture for my case...One of the agent from *RA helped me to sold my unit at a very good price many years back... he was the top few agent in *RA... so when I wanted to sell my previous unit... I signed an excutive with him... he never even brought any buyer to view my unit... till the excutive end...

No lah... U are not the only one... there is a topic on this.. U can do a search... Installation of the remote control laundry hanger system... Lower down to hang clothing...taken with the light on ... after hanging bring back to the top for airing or when not in use...

Even my company pay for the B ward charges in govt hospital... I still went for private... and they didn't pay a single cent... since U are going for the highest class in KKH... why not private...
