ok... actually I also don't understand the term & condition for the extened warranties.... some company pay 80% for the 1st year... 60% for the 2nd year.... some said 100% thought out the warranty... btw... HN only charge $32 for 2 years...$55 for 5 years.. felt like being cheated by CXXXXX...

Talk about it make me more angry... HN extended warrenty for 2 years only costed $55... BUt I paid $98 at CXXXXX....

Ya.. I also heard that before... but didn't know that I will be the unlucky one... Btw I also supect it might be one of the rejected 7 days exchange good... Exchange within 7 days (from date of delivery) If you don’t love it, don’t keep it. Bring it back within 7 days in the same condition (box, packing, accessories, warranties, instruction and purchase receipt) and we will exchange it for you. Sigh.... hope to get my replcement set soonest... actually I quite regreted buying from them too... I went there because they will absorb the 7% GST... but after I bought the extended warranty for another 2 years costed me additional $92... the total price was more expensive than elsewhere...

Ya... just send a complaint letter to them... hopefully they can reply soonest...

Today CoXXXX delivered a washing mechine which I ordered last Sunday at their Megastore... to my surprice... it was USED... the dust bag full of dirt... how can such thing happen ?? I called to the customer service... and they said that the logistic department was not working today... only after they come back on Monday... do an investigation.. then can give me an answer... that's mean I don't even have an assurance that I can get a new set ?? Anyone experience before ?? If I remember correctly... many years back I ordered a refrigerator from them... it was a display set... but the condition when delivery was totally damage... some parts even dropped... I rejected the goods and paid more for another new set...

But hor... I saw many of them brought home all the uniform for their mother to wash during weekend...

I have already tell my girl.. make sure U find someone that can take care of you when U marry... she said she will get someone that's rich... then the maid can do the housework... As for my son... just hope that he can learn it when he goes NS lor...

I also never take tiger Airway before... but heard from a friend that even the boarding pass is by hand written... not sure is it true... and they are wearing T-shirt on plane.... The trip to KL... not too bad...but I had the MOST expensive dinner so far... We went to Mebara KL... 4th tallest telecom tower in the world... 421m.... ate at the revolving restaurant... the food was so so... but the view is very good... We had the Ball like chicken rice at Melaka... I ate the ball like chicken rice in singapore is like a tennis ball... but the one in Melaka is just like a fishball...

Oh... just drive up to Genting stay for a night... and to KL another night... going tomorrow... and back on Sunday... Don't feel interesting... just that his friends asked him to go... so we are going lor...

It all depend on how much U need to pay for the HPS... your age... your loan amount and the period of loan.. Why U need to pay for the HPS is just in case the one who pay for the installatment pass away... there is $$ to pay for the house... For my previous house... I need to pay $13k for $300k of housing loan... I felt that was a waste of $$$.. so I bought a policy of $300k to cover the loan amount... If the HPS amount is very little... as I heard some of them only need to pay <$5k... then better get the HPS...

Oh... U mean I can't have the demo on scooba ?? Actually I am looking at what is the different between 5800 and 5900... so 5800 can just use water ?? why 5900 can't ?? Heard that scooba must use the clorox solution ... no other subsituation...

Ya loh... going for a short trip this Friday... just reminded him that he haven't pack his luggage... he said he would do it tonight... but till now he still watching TV/reading newspaper....

My previous house... both the MBR and my son's room also have the window... I didn't seal it up... not so much for ventilation... because they are always close... worry that the rain come in... the bed are just below it... but with the window... the room is brighter... My current house... no such window in the MBR... but there is one in my son's room... so happen that the bedroom set cover up the window...

I prefer yomeishu... the taste is better... not sure about the effect... I mean I drink both also feel the same...

Actually not only doing house chore... I also feel "sick" when my HB asked me to go for holiday... from the time packing the laugge till after the holiday must wash all the dirty clothing ... all done by me... I feel that's no fun at all...

After married for 21 years... the only house work that my HB helps is washing the plate everynight after dinner.... he suppose to mop the floor.... but hor... he only does it when he feels like... I also don't care... he doesn't want to do... I also don't do... just live with it lor... Sometimes I also feel very angry that he doesn't help in doing the house chore.... but think over it... there is no other mistake that he made... I mean he always with me.... what else I ask for...

Mine is just a normal plastic container that bought from the shop that selling bowls and plates... it is meant for the rice... which one side show "mi" and another side show "man"... few dollors only... IMM selling one type that made by wood.... quite nice... about $30...

In that case... why should U pay him the full commission ??
