I visited few units on the top floor at Toh Guan (Jurong East)... the units is about 8 years old... only the ceiling for the living room and master bbedroom are high...

I was having alot of problem with LG Artcool... finally changed to ME easy clean... more detail can read from my blog... don't recommend to buy LG...

That's good... heard that many of them can't take back their deposits...

What happen to the deposit then ?? all gone ?? I heard Ideal House is having their own carpentry factory .... there is a member said that his ID was transferred to take care of the factory... not handling his project....

oh... didn't notice that... did the rest of the reno company put their factory address on the name card ??

Mine also a 5 rooms... My modem and cordless phone base x 2 are on all days... Mine is instant heater...I think central heater use more electricity...

I keep those still new... but next year when want to hang... some might not in good condition... I will throw away and buy new one...

it is quite wasted only hang for a month have to throw away the CNY deco... so they hang for one year is it ??

Mine was $117 for Feb... total 4 persons - 3 Aircon every night on when we sleep. - 3 doors fridge - 1 washing machine, washes 1-2 times/week - Daily 3 computer usage and internet access, 5 hours or more. - On the lights only for the rooms we are using, elsewhere lights switched off. - Heavy Cooking by Gas... - 2 TV every night... Expected the bill to go up next month... because my girl just finished her attachment... now nothing to do... she sleeps till noon everyday with aircon on .... Both TV and computer on when she awake...

Ya... paln to remove the CNY deco on Monday... but my neigbour left the CNY deco on the door till the next year then change to a new pairs...
