Just got the washing mechine for my mother from Best... $399 with delivery and 5 years grantee... a bag worth $58 for gift... I checked up the price at the neighbourhood shop... $349... but only one year grantee... Harvey Norman also selling at $399... but have to pay $30 for delivery...

One of the unit that I nearly close the deal... the seller didn't sign exclusive with any agent... he only told ALL agents that whoever sold his unit... he would pay them 0.5%... my agent still advertised for this unit... and brought many buyers to view the unit too...

I changed my kitchen design 6 or 7 times... actually not major changes... I think so long as the measurement is not done... I mean they haven't cut the wood ... it is ok to change.. anyway... for me is just ask the designer to cut and paste and reprint... I think it is not that difficult... My girl's room changed 3-4 times... It is better to change now rather than later regret...
