I got THEM from Hong Tar... at first was the LG ARTCOOL... but there were too many problem till they gave me a FREE replacement of ME Easyclean... so far so good... can read the detail from my blog...

Each report cost $170... will your buyer pay for both reports ?? sometime the 2nd report might not be higher value... To the seller... if U already sold the unit at a price... whether the value increased ... it doesn't affect U... My 2nd report was $10K higher than the 1st one... but to me as a seller... there was no advantage...

U are still not married yet right... don't worry too much... it's a longggg way... U will get used to it...

then ask him how much more U need to pay for the tiles U like lor... or U ask SBH how much they sell the tiles to the ID and bring you ID there to comfirm the price...
