More than 1 hour... let me time it this Sat.... usually for the 1st charge ...I use it to clean my MBR, both the children's room, the kitchen....for the 2nd charge.. I only clean my living...

What is this ?? The price for the remote control ??

I only charge it one day before use... normally I will on it on Friday's night... I will use it on the next morning ... sat... but U know the battery will go flat... I will let it charges for few hours again.. till the light turns green... I will use it again till it flat... then the next cycle repeats...

I am always young at heart...

Why we need two remote control per fancoil ?? I have 3 fancoil... either one of the three remote control can control all the three fancoil....

Oh... I am not an expert hor... just to share my experience only... whether the fan is big or not ... all depend on your room size and also is there any thing blocking the fan ... My MBR fan is 52"... others all 48" and my son's room is even smaller because there are wardrobe at both sides of the wall ... Don't worry about the room is too bright... because U can on only 1 bulb, 2 bulbs or all the bulbs... Of couse remote control is good... U can on/off the fan and light while U lay on the bed... but it cause more $$$ ...

Ha ha... actually the lawyer wanted us to make a will... After the will is made... all the $$$ will given to whoever U write in the will...

Sorry... it is referring to both of them didn't make a will... $$$ will only go to the wife's parents only when the wife is younger then the Hb and Hb died first...

But in FS... it is no good for the bed directly facing the toilet... that's why I hide it...

This was told by a lawyer when he advised us to make a will... Assumued HB is older than wife and they don't have children... and both of them didn't make a will...if both of them died at the same time during accident.... because HB is older than wife... they would take it that the HB died first... so all the HB $$$ will go to the wife... and wife also died... all the $$$ for the HB and wife will go to the wife's parents... the HB parents will not get a single cent... Same thoery apply if the HB is younger.. both their $$$ will go to the HB's parents if they died together...

wow... your neigbour are complant king or queen... but it is true that no hacking work after 5... so long as the worker don't make so much noice in the house... they can work there... and U can shift in fast lor..

they might not.. some might not advertise for U... they might just use your unit to bring up the others unit's value... since U want to let the agent earns the commisssion... why not just let one good agent do for U ??

Sorry I have not heard of changing the window frame... I thought for window... once U change is changing the whole window ( glass panel with frame) ??

Make sure U didn't sign any document to appoint him as the sole agent... otherwise even other agent sold the unit for U... U still have to pay him commission...
